Curry Arts members are invited to hang works in the Curry Arts gallery section of the First Chapter Coffee House, 29325 Ellensburg Ave., in Gold Beach, for the new show beginning October 30, 2024 through January 30, 2025.

The theme of this show is “Being Still in Life”, focusing on works of still life.

The show is open to Curry Arts Members Only.  Note that 8/31/24-8/31/25 membership dues can be paid at the hanging.

Please bring art to First Chapter Coffee House on Wednesday, October 30 between 2-3 p.m.  We ask that you stay for the hanging which will begin at approximately 2:45 p.m.

Winter Show 2

The new Curry Arts member summer show, “Art in Bloom,” is now on display at the First Chapter Coffee House in Gold Beach.  This show will hang through August 2024.

Participating artists include:  Bobby Bales, Laura Lee Cundiff, Tammy DeLaney, Kai Druzdzel, Magda Druzdzel, Maja Druzdzel, Alexandra Eyer, Lucie La Bonte, Shelley MacIntosh, Pat Renner, and Jane Schmaltz, Lisa Smith.

Stop by and see these “blooming” inspirational pieces painted by Curry Arts members.

The theme of this show will be “Art in Bloom”.

The show is open to Curry Arts Members Only.  Note that 8/31/23-8/31/24 memberships can be paid at hanging.

Please bring art to First Chapter Coffee House on Tuesday, June 18 between 2-3 p.m.  We ask that you stay for the hanging which will begin at 2:45 p.m.

Guidelines:

– Maximum number of pieces per artist 5.  (Number of pieces hung will depend on number of artists bringing work.)
– Art must be original and completely executed by the artist.  (No giclee prints or images taken from an original work.)
– All artwork must be ready to hang (no sawtooth hangers).
– Canvas works must be framed unless gallery or museum wrapped.
– All art must be for sale.
– Artist to provide sale tags with artist, title, medium and price.  (Keep in mind gallery’s 30% commission).
– Artist to provide adhesive putty (Blu Tack) to attach tags to wall.
– Artist to attach contact info (painting title, pricing) to back of work.
– Artist to provide list including titles, pricing and contact info to leave with gallery.
– Artists to keep their own list of titles and pricing of their pieces in show.
